ARE PH IMBALANCES AFFECTING YOUR HEALTH?
That which is built on alkalinity sustains:  That which is built on acidity falls away -- be it civilizations, human bodies, or the paper that preserves their knowledge."
 -- Dr. T. Baroody

PH is the measurement of the acidity or alkalinity of a solution.  pH is measured from 0-14 with 7 being neutral.  Any pH above 7 is alkaline. Any pH below 7 is acidic.  All of our bodily fluids, including the blood, should be slightly alkaline  for the body to maintain normal conditions or homeostasis.

Most people who suffer from unbalanced pH are acidic. This condition, called Acidosis, forces the body to borrow minerals—including calcium, sodium, potassium and magnesium—from vital organs and bones to buffer (neutralize) the acid and safely removes it from the body. Because of this strain, the body can suffer severe and prolonged damage due to the high acidity—a condition that may go undetected for years.

An acidic internal environment allows yeast, viruses, rebellious cancer cells, and various other parasites to thrive.  Mild acidosis can cause such problems as:

  • Cardiovascular damage, including the constriction of blood vessels and the reduction of oxygen.
  • Low energy and chronic fatigue
  • Allergies
  • Weight Gain, obesity and diabetes
  • Immune deficiency.
  • Acceleration of free radical damage, possibly contributing to cancerous mutations.
  • Bladder and Kidney Conditions, including kidney stones.
  • Premature aging.
  • Osteoporosis; weak, brittle bones, hip fractures and bone spurs.
  • Joint pain, aching muscles and lactic acid buildup such as arthritis.
  • Low Energy and chronic fatigue
