So Easy Intestinal Cleansing and Nutritional System

SO EASY is a wheatgrass based, high fiber nutritional system designed to help get rid of the sedentary waste in the gastrointestinal system. It helps restore the normal environment and function of the digestive tract and helps provide overall wellness and health.

This nutritional system is best taken for three consecutive days following a suggested regimen as described on the So Easy Cleansing Guide. For three days, the soluble fibers, as well as the enzymes and many other nutrients help dislodge mucoid plaque from the colon walls.

The products are gentle to the GI tract and does not cause diarrhea. Its ingredients are ALL NATURAL, made up only of fruits, vegetables, and wheatgrass.

Each box contains everything you need for one day and contains 2 Bio-Wheatgrass powder, 2 Bio-Cell powder and 3 sets of Bio-Balance powders.

Things to Remember:
  • Drink plenty of water between drinks/meals.

Phase 1 – Pre-cleanse - Day 1 and 2
A Vegan Diet for 2 days is highly recommended to prepare your body for the “fasting” phase. Avoid mucous-forming foods: meat and poultry, dairy products, eggs, and breads. Eat lots of vegetables, fruits, seeds and nuts, whole grains (quinoa, millet, buckwheat, amaranth, brown rice).

Phase 2 – The Cleansing Phase - Day 3, 4, and 5
Follow the directions on the chart. No food will be consumed during this phase. If additional food or nutrients are needed try juicing, a high fiber drink, a hot vegetable broth, herbal teas, Vitality Green Drink or Nanogreens.

PHASE 3 - Days 6 and 7 – Post Cleanse
Reintroduce food slowly into the diet. Again a vegan diet of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and soaked, raw nuts. Juicing and blended, homemade, organic soups would be excellent.
