Nori Crackers
A dehydrator works best for this recipe. Some have set their ovens real low to dehydrate.
1 1/2 Cups Pine Nuts, unsoaked
1 Cup Walnuts, soaked
3/4 Cup water
1/4 Cup olive oil
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Celtic or Pink Sea Salt
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp white pepper
(You may need to adjust seasonings to taste)
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender and mix until creamy. Cut Nori sheets into squares to size desired. Place a dollop of mixture on each piece of Nori and spread thin. Place in dehydrator for 8 - 12 hours unitl desired crispiness.
