Vitality Broth
Into 4 cups of water, add
2 cups red potatoes peelings cut ½” inch thick
2 cups celery stalks (chopped)
2 cups celery tops
1 cup chopped carrots
1 small onion chopped

Simmer, covered for 30 minutes, strain liquid
Drink 8 oz. Every 2-3 hours
