Your First Visit

Your first visit will take an hour and a half. The colon hydrotherapist begins by reviewing your Intake Form which is found on the website. The Intake Form provides us with information we need to understand your colon health, digestive needs and verify that it is safe to provide you with this procedure. Print the Intake Forms, complete and bring to your first appointment.

Next, indivualized colon health education will be provided. at this time any of your questions or concerns may be addressed. After brief coaching on how to prepare for use of the colonic equipment, you will begin your 40 minute colonic session. The final segment of the process is to allow your body to "drain" any excess water it may be holding, time to dress and refresh with cup of an mineral or probiotic beverage or "hot tea"

During the Colonic

The procedure is done with modesty for both the client and technician. A cover cloth is provided so that clients always maintain their personal dignity and integrity. The devices at Cleansing Waters are designed to be somewhat "self operating". This means that the client, once properly coached and aware of the procedure, may be in control of the process. The Technician remains present unless the client prefers privacy. Sometimes the latter arrangement is helpful for the client to relax, and thereby have a more effective cleanse.  Gentle massaging of the abdomen is helpful to move things along, or just to relax the muscles so that more water may be retained. A hot pad is also offered. Tips on breathing techniques, aromatherapy, and soothing background music all contribute to a pleasant visit. 

Relax and Let Go

Avoid putting any agendas, protocols, or conditions on yourself or the colonic. Be prepared to receive and experience. Give yourself time and space to appreciate what you are doing for yourself, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Many clients choose the colonic service as a means to just let go of some of the stress of their fast-paced lifestyle in a comfortable and clean environment.

Many choose the schedule a 15-30 minute SOQI Spa session prior to their colonic. The SOQI Spa stimulates lymphatic circulation and tones the colon while oxygenating the entire body.  The warming, quiet, meditative session prepares the mind, emotions, and body for the cleansing colonic experience.

Features of the Colonic Devices

The gastroenterology devices used at Cleansing Waters have been developed with efficiency, integrity and quality of product as it's goal. We provide an "Open System" which is registered for market as a medical device.  An especially popular feature of our device is the rectal nozzle - it measures only 5/16" in diameter, is individually packaged, flexible, completely sterile and disposable.  Another feature on the device is a state-of-the-art filtering system for the water.  Both hot and cold water is filtered as it enters the device.  As that filtered water enters the rectal nozzle it is sterilized by ultraviolet light.  The water entering the body is as pure as possible. Our foremost concern is the clients safety, comfort, modesty and cleanliness.
